Associate Director of People & Operations
Nina ensures smooth sailing for Reboot staff. She takes care of our people and culture, designs internal tools and policies that allow Rebooters to be happy, healthy, and productive, and seeks to build a cohesive team that works together and plays together on a foundation of open communication and trust. Responsible for bringing in new talent, Nina also ensures team members keep learning and growing in their roles.
Before joining Reboot, Nina worked at UNICEF NYHQ, where she supported the well-being of staff around the world, managing stress management, burnout prevention, and work-life balance. She also partnered with UN Cares, the UN system-wide workplace program on HIV, to roll out awareness sessions to more than 7,000 staff.
Nina has always enjoyed working with people. In an earlier incarnation, she was a preschool and elementary school teacher. She taught at several schools in the New York City area and volunteers with a local literacy program called Reading Partners.
Nina is a native New Yorker—now Brooklynite—and a graduate of Smith College. She has lived in Cork, Ireland and London, and is a guacamole enthusiast and music nerd.
