At Reboot, Kate collaborates with the creative team to ensure compelling content that is well-integrated with visual presentation. She has helped write and edit Embracing Informality: Designing Financial Services for China’s Marginalized and Tunisia: From Revolutions to Institutions, among others.
Kate has written reports, op-eds, blog posts, grant proposals, advocacy campaigns, and other public communications materials for Ashoka Changemakers, Rebuild the Dream, and the social media startups Broadcastr and JouleBug.
Kate has secured press coverage for clients in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, TechCrunch, and hundreds of other outlets; her grant proposals have helped drive more than $300k toward social change; and her copywriting has won three Gold Pollie Awards from the American Association of Political Consultants.
Kate is a graduate of the College of William and Mary and holds a master’s degree in writing from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland.
